Ingredients

  • Prodotto Biolab
    150g - Tempeh
  • 100ml Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  • Cut the tempeh into cubes of about 1cm and then steam them for about 10 minutes. This step is really very important, because it allows the product to soften and release more flavor afterwards!

  • While the tempeh is cooking, prepare a marinade sauce.
    We recommend soy sauce, available in any supermarket, with a teaspoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of rice vinegar added. Leave everything to soak for 30 minutes.

  • Now we can move on to the oven: distribute the tempeh cubes on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Heat the oven to 200° and keep the pan in the oven for 10 minutes.
    Brush the cubes with the marinade again and then place them back in the oven for another 10 minutes, until a pleasant golden brown appears.

  • For serving: use the tempeh prepared this way for your #plantbased dishes, or serve it alone, perhaps with a sprinkle of chives or leeks, or even sesame seeds!
