CHOCOLATE AND TOFU MOUSSE
Ingredients
for 4 people
- 250 g - Natural tofu
- 100 g dark chocolate 70%
- 10 g bitter cocoa powder
- 100 ml soy milk
- 60 g agave syrup
- to taste vanilla extract
- to taste cocoa beans
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Using an immersion blender, blend the melted chocolate, tofu, cocoa powder and agave syrup.
When you have a good emulsion, add the vanilla extract.
Pour the mousse into 4 small glass ramequins and place in the fridge until set.
Serve with cocoa bean crumble to give the mousse an extra touch.
