Crostini with veg-roastbeef and figs
Ingredients
for 2 people
- 1 - Vegan Cold Cuts – Speck Style
- 4 slices of bread
- 100 gr cheese spread (also plant-based if desired)
- 4 figs
Preparation
Cut the bread into slices about 2 cm thick and toast them.
Spread the cheese onto each slice and add the veg-roastbeef on top.
Clean the figs, cut them into rounds and place them on top of the crostini.
Serve immediately.
