Falafel with tahini and fresh salad

Ingredients
for 2 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    160g - Chickpea falafel
  • 4 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • just enough water
  • just enough salt and pepper

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic and a little water. Add water little by little until you get a smooth, creamy sauce. Ad as much salt as needed.

  • Prepare the salad: Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and red onion into cubes. Finely chop the parsley. In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  • Heat the Liveg falafel: heat them in a pan or in the oven at 180° for 3-4 minutes.

  • Serve the falafel hot with the tahini sauce and fresh salad. You can accompany with pita or wholemeal bread for a complete meal.
