Ingredients

  • Prodotto Biolab
    125g - Natural tofu
  • 80g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic
  • half red onion
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 80g lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • just enough balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  • Cut the tofu and let it marinate in lemon juice, olive oil and spices for a minimum of 30 minutes.

  • Then, toss with creamy avocado, cherry tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, red onion and crispy lettuce.

  • A splash of balsamic vinegar to crown this delight: enjoy your meal!
