Tofu and avocado salad
Ingredients
for 1 people
- 125g - Natural tofu
- 80g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic
- half red onion
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- 80g lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- just enough balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Cut the tofu and let it marinate in lemon juice, olive oil and spices for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Then, toss with creamy avocado, cherry tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, red onion and crispy lettuce.
A splash of balsamic vinegar to crown this delight: enjoy your meal!
