VEGAN MEATBALLS
Ingredients
for 4 people

- 2 packs of seitan
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon of flour breadcrumbs
- to taste veg milk
- to taste olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Preparation
Chop the onion and cut the Natural Seitan biolab into cubes
put them in the mixer and add the chopped parsley, the oats, flour and breadcrumbs mince everything and add the milk little by little until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Add salt and pepper, shape into meatballs and roll them in the breadcrumbs
Cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil or in the oven at 200° for about 10-15 minutes
they are excellent accompanied by tomato sauce or mushroom sauce
