Ingredients
for 4 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    2 packages - Natural Seitan
  • 2 packs of seitan
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of flour breadcrumbs
  • to taste veg milk
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Chop the onion and cut the Natural Seitan biolab into cubes

  • put them in the mixer and add the chopped parsley, the oats, flour and breadcrumbs mince everything and add the milk little by little until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

  • Add salt and pepper, shape into meatballs and roll them in the breadcrumbs

  • Cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil or in the oven at 200° for about 10-15 minutes

  • they are excellent accompanied by tomato sauce or mushroom sauce
